Creating an event is easy! Click on 'List Your Event' in the navigation menu, fill in your event details including date, venue, pricing, and upload eye-catching images. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours. Once approved, your event goes live and you can start selling tickets immediately.

We support all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption for your safety.

Refunds are processed based on the event organizer's policy. Generally, cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. For cancellations within 48 hours, 50% refund applies. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a 100% refund within 5-7 business days.
