Refund Policy

General Policy

All purchases on Fluke App are considered final.
Once access to an event or stream has been provided, no cancellations or refunds are permitted — except in cases explicitly mentioned below.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

2.1Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer or Fluke App, users are entitled to a full refund of the ticket or streaming amount paid.

2.2Technical Issues (Platform Side)

If you are unable to access or watch a purchased live stream due to a verified technical failure on the Fluke App platform, a partial or full refund may be issued after internal verification.

2.3Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • User-side issues (e.g., slow internet, device malfunction, app not updated).
  • Missed live events due to personal delay or timing mismatch.
  • User dissatisfaction with content quality or performance.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account.
  • Refund requests made after 48 hours of event completion.

    Refund Process

    If your situation qualifies for a refund:
    Email us at flukeenterainment@gmail.com with the following details:
  • Registered name and email ID
  • Transaction ID / payment receipt
  • Event name and date
  • Reason for refund request

  • Our support team will verify the request within 3–5 working days.

    Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

    Service Fees & Deductions

    In cases where refunds are approved (except full event cancellations), transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount.
    6.

    Subscription Refunds (if applicable)

  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable once activated.
  • You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.

    Disputes

    If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team.
    All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
