Event Access & Streaming
All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.Prices include applicable taxes under Indian law (GST, etc.).Refunds are not provided once streaming begins or access is used, unless there is a verified technical issue on the Fluke App platform.If an event is canceled, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. By using the Fluke App, you agree not to:
Record, copy, distribute, or publicly share streamed content.Use the platform for illegal, offensive, or defamatory activities.Share login details with others or access multiple devices simultaneously (unless permitted).Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its servers.
Any violation may lead to suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.
All content available on Fluke App — including video, audio, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of - Fluke Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. or respective event organizers.You are granted a limited, personal, and non-commercial license to view content only.Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited. Fluke App respects and protects user privacy.Personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is used solely for account management, event access, and communication purposes.For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. While we strive for uninterrupted service, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.
Fluke App is not responsible for issues related to user devices, poor network connectivity, or external technical interruptions.

Limitation of Liability
Fluke App will not be liable for:
Technical issues beyond its control (internet, device failure, etc.).The performance or content accuracy of event organizers.Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform.Fluke App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms or applicable laws.Fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected. Users may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling or logging out of the platform.Fluke App and event organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet disruptions, or government actions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
